Plain terms.

Vocal Enterprises LLC offers private, Christ-centered coaching — the Decision Clarity Intensive with Angelo Manzi and No Longer Bracing with Maralle Marcussian. Coaching is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support, and it isn't a replacement for those. Where money is part of a decision, Angelo may share his perspective; he isn't a licensed financial adviser, and any action you take on it is your decision and your responsibility. If what you're facing needs a lawyer, a doctor, a licensed financial professional, or a therapist, we'll say so and point you there.

Every engagement starts with a short application, so we understand what you're facing. You book your consultation as soon as you send it: the Clarity Consultation with Angelo, 45 minutes, or the Restoration Consultation with Maralle, 30 minutes. It's a conversation to talk it through, with no pressure in either direction. We continue only if it's a mutual fit: right for you, and right for us. Nothing is paid until you're accepted. Once you enroll, an Orientation follows within three days of payment. It covers how the sessions work, every session goes on the calendar, and you receive a short brief to complete before Session 1.

Decision Clarity Intensive: $5,000 paid in full, or two payments of $2,750. Urgent Crossroads is the same price — it changes the calendar, not the cost.

No Longer Bracing: $400 paid in full, or two payments of $215.

Refunds. The Decision Clarity Intensive and No Longer Bracing are fully refundable until your first session. If anything changes before Session 1, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked, returned to your original payment method.

Once Session 1 begins, the fee is no longer refundable. The full refund window exists so you can change course before the work starts. After that, your sessions are reserved and your place is held.

If something serious comes up during the intensive, contact Angelo or Maralle directly. Sessions can be rescheduled within the 45 day window, and hardship is handled personally.

All sessions are scheduled at your Orientation, within three days of payment. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and one emergency courtesy reschedule may be granted; additional late cancellations may result in forfeiture. Sessions end at their scheduled time — after 15 minutes without communication, a session may be treated as missed.

Both intensives expire 45 days after Session 1. Urgent Crossroads compresses the Decision Clarity Intensive into 10 days, completed within 14.

Between sessions, you can reach Angelo or Maralle briefly by WhatsApp — short updates, quick questions, or something you'd like documented for next time. Angelo answers Monday through Saturday, 7am to 6pm. Maralle offers one brief check-in between sessions.

This isn't 24-hour availability, and it isn't emergency or crisis response. A substantial new issue waits for your next session. If you're in crisis, see Safety below.

What you share in applications, sessions, and messages is treated as confidential. Sessions aren't recorded without your written consent, and nothing from a session is used as a testimonial or case study without your separate permission.

Confidentiality has limited exceptions required by law, such as risk of serious harm. The exact exceptions are still being finalized with our attorney (to be confirmed in legal review) and will be spelled out fully in the agreement you sign before Session 1.

The only information this site collects is what you type into an application, and the name and email you give when you book your consultation. We use it to evaluate fit and to hold the consultation, and we don't sell or share it. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Two services handle that information for us. Applications are delivered to Angelo or Maralle by Formspree, and consultations are booked through Cal.com, which sends the calendar invitation and the Zoom link. Each keeps only what it needs to do that job, under its own privacy policy. Your application goes to the person you applied to and to no one else.
